Rental Policies

Thank you for choosing It's My Tea Party to be part of your special day! We want to make this experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. After the deposit has been made, you may need to make some order adjustments as you get closer to your event date. Please take a moment to review the information below for any inquiries or you can contact us with any questions. We are here to help!

 

Booking Deposit & Payment:

To finalize your booking date, we require a 20% Non-Refundable deposit. Until the deposit is paid, the order is not considered guaranteed and will not be held. The remaining balance is due prior to or day of the event at time of delivery.

 

We accept:

• Cash 

• Credit Cards (Paypal)

• Checks (ONLY if business or organization)  

 

Cancellation Policy:

NO CANCELLATIONS and NO order changes 48 hours prior to event.
