Thank you for choosing It's My Tea Party to be part of your special day! We want to make this experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Please take a moment to review the information below for any inquiries or you can contact us with any questions. We are here to help!

Booking Deposit & Payment:

To finalize your booking date, we require a 20% Non-Refundable deposit. Until the deposit is paid, the order is not considered guaranteed and will not be held. The remaining balance is due prior to or day of the event at time of delivery.


We accept:

  • Cash 

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • Checks (ONLY if business or organization)  

Delivery & Pick Up:

We have an easy deliver and pick up system, so any other services needed will be upon request such as set up, breakdown, or cleaning. These services will have an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:

NO CANCELLATIONS and NO order changes 48 hours prior to event.
